Kayi baar hamare sath aisa hota hai ki ham ek jagah khade rehte hai phir bhi hame aisa lagta hai ki hamare charo taraf sab kuch ghoom raha hai, aur kayi baar toh aisa hota hai ki hamari aankhon ke samne kaala andhera cha jata hai. 4) Aawla aur Dhaniya Powder:
Agar aap chakkar aane ki bimari se chutkaara pana chahte hain toh dhaniya powder aur aawle ka powder ke upyog dwara aap asani se is samasya se mukti pa sakte hain. Iske liye 10 gram aawle ka churna (powder) aur 10 gram daniya powder le aur ise ek glass pani me ghol le. Achchi tarah mil jane ke baad ise chaan le, chane huye pani ka sevan Karen. Is prakar nirmit mishran ka sevan karne se aapki ye samasya jarur hi dur ho jayegi.

5) Coffee Paiye:
Kayi baar dekha jata hai ki bahut se log coffee ka sevan jarurat se jyada hi karte hain, jo ki unke swasth ke liye hanikarak hota hai aur kayi baar jyada coffee ke sevan se hame chakkar aane ki bimari bhi ho jati hai. Isliye kosish Karen ki coffee ka sevan kam se kam kiya jaye.

6) Kharbooje ke beej ka Sevan Karen:
Kharbooje ke beej ka sevan karne ke liye, iske beej ko gay (cow) ke doodh se bane ghee me bhun kar pees lete hain, iske baad bane huye misran se 5 gram misran ka rojana subah-shaam sevan karne se aapko chakkar aane ki pareshani nahi hogi.

7) Shehad (honey) aur Tulsi ka Sevan Karen:
Tulsi aur shehad aise prakritik utpaad hain jo kayi bimariyon se bachane me madadgaar sabit huye hain. Chakkar aane ki pareshani bhi shehad aur tulsi ke dwaradur ki ja sakti hai. Iske liye tulsi ke 15-20 patte pees kar shehad milakar chaat lene se chakkar aane ki bimari me rahat milti hai.

8) Adrak ka Sevan Karen:
Adrak ke sevan dwara bhi chakkar nahi aate hain, iske liye aap chay me daalkar adrak ka sevan kar sakte hai, iske alawa khane me bhi adrak ka istemaal karke aap adrak ka bharpoor sevan kar sakti hain. Isse aapko jaroor hi laabh milega.

9) Yoga aur Pranayam Karen:
Yoga aur pranayaam har bimari ka ilaaj hai, agar aap apni dincharya me yoga aur pranayaam ko shamil karte hain toh aapka shareer swasth rahega.Isliye aap rojana subah uthkar yoga aur pranayaam Karen, isse aapko bahut laabh milega.

Is prakaar yadi aap chakkar aane ke bimari se chutkaara pana chahte hain toh in gharelu upaayon ka prayog Karen. In upaayon ko aap ghar par uplabdh utpaadon se kar sakte hain.
