Aaj ke is bhaagte huye zamane me hamare swasthya ka dhyan rakhna nahi ho pata hai, jo ki bahut hi jyada jaroori hai. Agar ham apni health ka sahi dhang se khayal nahi rakhte hain toh hamare samne kayi prakaar ki beemariya saamne aa jati hai, jo ki behad khatarnaak sabit ho sakti hai.

Sahi maayne me agar ham apne khane ki kuch aadate (habits) sudhaar le toh kuch had tak ham in beemariyon ko control me rakh sakte hain. Lekin aaj ke samay me log apne khane ki aadaton par dhyan dena toh door wo kya kha rahe hain ye bhi dhyan nahi rakhte hain.

Iska ek udaharan hai motapa, motapa in buri aadaton ke kaaran hi hota hai, agar ham khana khate samay kuch aadaton par dhyan de toh ham is tarah ki beemariyon se bach sakte hain. Toh aaiye jaante hain ki khana khate samay kin aadaton ka dhyan rakha jaye, jisse ham healthy reh saken.

  1. Haath dhona jaroori : khana khane se pehle sabse jyada jaroori cheez hoti hai ki aap achchi tarah se apne haathon ko saaf Karen, kyuki hamare hath bahut sari jagah lagte hain, jisse unme kayi prakaar ke keetanu (bacteria) lag jate hain, aur agar hum hath nahi dhote hain toh wo keetanu hamare hath eke jariye hamare pet (stomach) tak pahuch jayeng aur hamare shareer ko nuksaan pahucha sakte hain. isliye khana khane se pehle hamesha apne hathon ko sabun se jaroor dhoyen.
  2. Baith kar khana khaye : khana khate samay jaroori baton me dusri jaruri baat ye hai ki jab bhi khana khaye toh hamesha khana baith kar khaye, kyuki agar ham khade hokar khana khate hain toh isse hamara pet bhi nikalta hai aur hamara hajma bhi kharab hota hai. Isliye hamesha baith kar hi khana khaya jana chahiye isse hame pet se sambandhit koi bemari nahi hoti.
  3. Muh ke khane ko chaba-chaba kar khaya jaye : ye cheez hamne bachpan se hi vigyan ( science ) ki kitaabon me padhayi jati hai ki khane ko khoob chaba-chaba kar khana chahiye. Kyuki agar ham achchi tarah chaba kar khana nahi khate hain toh yeh sahi dhang se pachta ( digest ) nahi hai aur hame pet se sambandhit pareshaniyan hone lagti hain jaise pet bhaari hona, gas banna,kabj aadi.Jyadatar log khane ko mushkil se 20 baar bhi nahi chabate, jabki achchi tarah agar khane ko chabaya jaye toh use 30 baar toh kam se kam chabana chahiye. Isliye agar ham achchi tarah khana chabaya jaye toh khana achchi tarah digest ho jata hai aur pet se sambandhit pareshaniya nahi hota hain.
  4. Pani peene ke liye kuch jauri baaten : khana khate samay pani peene ke liye jaruri yeh hai ki jab bhi aap khana kha rahe hain toh khana khane ke beech me pani na piye aur iske baad baat aati hai ki ab pani kab piya jaye ? Toh aap jab khana kha le toh khana khane ke lagbhag 30-45 minute ke baad hi aap pani piyen, isse pehle pani na piyen aur agar aapko jyada pyaas lag rahi hai toh aap aadha glass gunguna pani pi sakte hain. Aisa karne se aapka motapa bhi nahi badta.
  5. Bhranti (galat-fehmi) ko Karen dur : Kayi log yeh sochte hain ki agar wo khana nahi khayenge toh unka wajan kam ho jayega lekin logon ke dimag me ye ek galat-fehmi hai, kyuki bhookha rehne se aapka wajam kam nahi hota hai balki aapka wazan badne ka khatra rehta hai.Isliye khana sahi samay pa chaba chaba kar khaye aur pani kam se kam aadhe ya ek ghante baad piyen isse aapka khana achchi tarah se pachega aur aapka motapa control me rahega.Kayi baar dekha jata hai ki log raat ka khana bahut hi jyada heavy karte hai, jo ki nuksaan dayak hai. Hame subah achcha nashta krna chaiye iske baad din ka bhojan aap jitna chahe utna heavy Karen aur raat ka khana jitna halka ho sake utna halka khana khayen, isse aapko hajme se sambandhit koi pareshani nahi hogi.
  6. Yoga ya phir exercise ke samay rakhen dhyan : Ye baat hamesha yaad rakhe ki jab bhi aap work out ke liye jayen ya phir work out karke aayen toh uske turant pehle ya baad me kuch na khaye. Kyuki work out par jaane ke liye bhi shareer ka taapmaan samanya hona chahiye aur work out karne ke baad hamare shareer ka taapmaan samanya nahi rehta. Isliye shareer ka taapmaan samanya hone par hi kuch khayen.
  7. Baar-baar na khayen : samanya roop se dekha jata hai ki kuch log bina bhookh lage hi kha lete hain. wo log khan eke liye nahi balki khane ka swaad lene ke liye khate hain, aisa karne se aapko apach ho sakti hai. Kyuki jab bhi hum baar-baar khana khate hain toh kabhi-kabhi aisa hota hai ki hamare dwara pehle khaya hua khana bhi nahi pach pata hai aur ham phir se kha lete hain jisse hame apach aur hajme se sambandhit pareshani hone lagti hai, aur hamare shareer me motapa bhi badne lagta hai.
  8. Time to time khana khayen : Agar khane ke samay ko dekha jaye toh hame din me 3 baar khana chahiye, jisme hame subah naashata jaroor hi karna chahiye. Uske baad dopahar ka bhojan lena chaiye aur uske baad raat ka khana sone ke kam se kam 2-3 ghante pehle hi kha lena chaiye, kyuki raat ke khane ko pachne me thoda jyada samay lagta hai. Khana khane me kam se kam 6 ghante ka antar hona chahiye.

Is prakaar yahan hamne aapko bataye kuch ias tareeke jinhe khana khate samay agar aap dhyan rakhte hai toh aap kayi prakaar ki beemariyon se bach sakte hain. is prakaar agar khana dheere-dheere aur chaba-chaba kar khaya jaye toh isse hamare shareer me glucose jodne ka kaam duguni gati se hota hai.

Isse madhumeh se bacha ja sakta hai, is prakaar ham ise kahenge Khana khate samay sabse jaruri baat, jisse aap madhumeh jaisi beemari ko bhi control me kar sakte hain.
