1) Sarso (Musturd) /Nariyal (Coconut) Tel:
Yadi aapke kamar me dard hai toh aap sarso tel ya phir nariyal tel se rozana apni kamar ki malish Karen,Iske liye tel me 3-4 lehsun (Garlic) ki kaliya nikal kar daal de aur isko garam kar le. Thanda hone par is tel se rozana apne kamar ki malish Karen, isse aapko bahut hi jaldi araam milega.

2) Namak ki Sikayi Karen:
Namak bhi kamar ke dard me bahut rahat deta hai. Iske liye namak ko kisi bartan me daal kar achchi tarah se sek le aur is namak ko suti kapde me baandh kar potli bana le aur is potli se apne kamar ki sikayi Karen. Is tarah namak ki sikayi karne se aapki kamar ke dard me bahut hi jaldi rahat milegi.

3) Garam Pani Se Sikayi:
