Vajrasana Ke Labh, Fayade aur Vidhi Hindi Mai

Vajrasana Karne Ki Vidhi (method) aur tarike:

1. Khana khane ke kuch 4-5 minute baad aap zameen par ya sapaat jagah par koi aasan bicha le.
2. Iske baad dono pair saamne ki taraf failakar baith jayen.
3. Iske baad aapke baaye (left) pair (leg) ke ghutne ko modkar is tarah baithe ki pairon ke panje peeche aur upar ki or ho jayen.
4. Ab daayen (right) pair ka ghutna bhi is tarah modkar baithe ki pairon ke panje peech aur upar ki or ho jayen aur aapke hips dono adiyon ( ankle ) ke beech aa jayen.

Vajraasan Se Hone Wale Labh aur Fayade:

1. Vajrasan motapa kam karke hamare shareer ko sudol banata hai , aur wajan bhi kam karta hai.
2. Vajrasan ko karne se hamari pachan (digestion) shakti badti hai aur hame pet se sambandhit kisi bhi prakaar ki samasya jaise-apachan, gas, kabj ko dur karta hai.
3. Isko karne se mahilao ki masik dharm ki samasya bhi thik rehti hai, isse maasik dharm niyamit rehta hai aur aniyamitta dur hoti hai. Iske sath hi ye prajnan pranali ko bhi majboot banata hai.

8. Vajrasan karne se aapke hips, thighs aur waist par jami huyi anchahi charbi kam ho jati hai.
9. Is aasan ko karne se mann ki chanchalta dur hoti hai aur ekaagrata me vriddhi hoti hai.
10. Sciatica naamak beemari se peedit vyaktiyon ke liye bhi ye bahut hi madadgaar aasan hai.
11. Uccha rakht chaap (high blood pressure) ke liye bhi laabhkari hai.

Vajraasan Ko Karte Samay Kya Saavdhaniya (precautions) Leni Chahiye:

1. Agar vajrasan karne se aapko kamar me dard jaisi koi samsya ho toh ise karna band kar de aur doctor se salaah le.
2. Jin logon ko jodo me dard jaisi samasya ho wo log vajrasan ko na Karen.
3. Jin logon ko edi (ankle) me dard ho wo log bhi vajrasan na Karen.
4. Agar vajrasan ko karne se aapko kamjori mehsoos ho ya chakkar aane jaisi koi samasya ho toh vajrasan karna band kar de aur sambandhit doctor ko dikhayen.
