Is yogasan ko sharir ke upari hisse ke dwara kiya jata hai. Iss aasana ko karne ke liye sabse pehle jamin par sidhe baith jaye aur ab apne dono haatho ko, apne kandho ke samantar (Parallel) le kar jaye, ab apne ulte hath ko sar ke pas se piche ki taraf le jaye aur seedhe hath ko niche se piche ki taraf iss tarah le jaye ki dono hath ek-dusre ko chune ki kosish kare. Iss prakriya ko opposite direction mai phir se dohraye.

 

 

Vrikshasana (Tree pose)

Vrikshasana ko tree pose ke naam se jana jata hai, kyuki vriksh ko english mai tree kehte hai. Ye aasana breast ko increase karne mai bahut jyada madadgar sabit ho sakta hai, lekin iske liye aapko body ko sahi tarike se balance karna aana chahiye.

Iss aasana ko karne ke liye sabse pehle ek dam sidhe khade ho jaye, ab apne dono hatho ko upar ki taraf le jaye aur ek-dusre se milaye. Ab apne ulte pair ko mod kar sidhe pair ki jangh (Thigh) par rakh le, iss awastha mai kam se kam 2 se 4 minute rehne ke baad dusre pair ke sath yahi prakriya dohraye. Iss tarah isko karne se aap ka breast natural tarike se bad sakta hai.

Yeh pose bhi aapke breast size ko badhane mein kafi madad gar sabit ho sakta hai. Isko karne ke liye sabse pehle apne ghutno ke bal baith jaye. Iske baad aap ghutno ke bal khade ho jaye aur piche ki taraf iss tarah se jhuke ki aapka right hath aapki right aedi (ankle) ko chuye aur aapka left hath aapki left aedi (ankle) ko chuye. Ab iss awastha mai kam se kam 5 minute rahe aur jyada se jyada 10 minute rahe. Isko kam se kam 5 baar karne se aap apne breast size ko jaldi hi bada sakti hai.

Agar breast badhane ke liye sabhi yogasano ki baat kare toh unme se sabse jyada mahatvapurna bhujangasana maana jata hai.

Isko karne ke liye sabse pehle aap pet ke bal zameen par let jaye, aur ab apne hatho ki hatheliyo ke bal apne sharir ke aage ke bhaag ko upar ki taraf is tarah se le jaye ki aapki nabhi zameen mai rahe aur sharir ke aage ka bhaag upar rahe. Iss awastha mai aapke pair ek dum sidhe hona chahiye. Iss awastha mai kam se kam 2 se 3 minute rehne ke baad apni purani awastha mai aa jaye. Iss prakriya ko rozana 4 se 5 baar jarur kare.

Stabdhasana

Ye aasana karne mai bahut hi asaan mana ja sakta hai. Isko karne ke liye sabse pehle ek dam sidhe khade ho jaye aur apne dono hatho ko upar ki taraf uthaye aur kohni (Elbow) se modte hue haathon ko milaye, Iss awastha mai aapki kohniya aapke kandho ke ek dam samne hona chahiye. Ab apne face ko thoda upar ki taraf kare aur dono hatho par ek dusre ki taraf thoda jor de. Iss prakriya ko 5 se 6 baar jarur kare.

Dwikonasana

Iss aasana ko karne ke liye sabse pehle apne pairo ko ek dam paas rakh le aur ek dam sidhe khade ho jaye . Ab apne dono hathon ko peeche ki taraf le jaye aur hatheliyon ki muthi bandh le. Ab kamar se sharir ko niche ki taraf dheere-dheere jhukaye aur niche ke hisse ko ek dum sidha hi rakhe. Jhukne ke baad isi awastha mai kam se kam 2-3 minute ke liye rahe. Phir apni purani awastha mein aa jaye. Iss prakriya ko rozana kam se kam 5 baar jarur kare.

In yogasano ko niyamit roop se apni dinacharya mai shamil karke koi bhi mahila apne breast size ko increase kar sakti hai, iske alawa agar aap sahi ahaar bhi leti hai toh iska double fayda aapko mil sakta hai. Toh agar aap bhi apne stano ke chote size se pareshan hai toh aaj se hi inn yogasano ko kare aur sahi ahaar le. Isse aapka breast size natural tarike se jaldi hi bad jayega.
