Asthma, saans se sambandhit pareshani ko kaha jata hai, jab vyakti ko asthma attack padta hai to vyakti ki saans nalikaye puri tarah se band ho jati hai aur isse hamare body me saans ki purti nahi ho pati hai, kyuki oxygen ka supply sahi tarike se nahi ho pata hai.

  • Gale mai jalan

Jese problems ka saamana karna padh raha hai tho aap ko gharelu upayo ke saath hi saath Doctor se bhi consult karna chahiye.

Yoga for Asthma:

Yog aur pranayam asthma se pidit vyakti ke liye behad faydemand mana jata hai, kyuki ye vyakti ke sharir ko andar se swasth banane me madadgar hota hai. Agar rojana subah ke samay khuli aur swasth hawa me pranayam ka abhyas kiya jaye to isse lungs aur swasan prakriya sahi rehti hai, sath hi aapka pachan bhi thik rehta hai.

Toh agar aap asthma ko jad se khatam karna chahte hai, wo bhi bina kisi nuksan ke to rojana subah ke samay yog aur pranayam ka abhyas kare.

Karele ka sevan kare:

Karela hamari hari sabjiyo me shamil hai aur swaad me kadwa hota hai, lekin yahi kadwa karela asthma ke rogi ke liye behad faydemand mana jata hai. Iske sevan ke liye aap iski sabji bana kar sevan kar sakte hai ya phir karele ke ek chammach paste me shehad aur tulsi patti ke ras ke sath mila kar sevan karna chahiye.

Isse asthama se pidit vyakti ko fayda milta hai. Sath hi kisi bhi tarah ki allergy se bhi rahat dilane me madad karta hai.

Lehsun aur Adrak ka Sevan:

Lehsun aur adrak ka sevan asthama se pidit vyakti ke liye behad faydemand hota hai kyuki ye dono hi garam prakriti ke hote hai aur saans se sambandhi pareshani me rahat dilate hai.

Adrak ki chai ka sevan asthma ke liye behad faydemand mana jata hai, agar adrak ki garam chai me lehsun ki do kaliya mila kar subah-sham sevan kiya jaye to isse asthma ko niyantrit karne me madad milti hai.

Iske alawa lehsun ki 5 kaliya 30 ml dudh me ubaal kar, iss tarah bane huye mishran ka sevan karne se asthma me labh milta hai. Ye upaay asthma ki shuruaati awastha me faydemand mana jata hai.

Hari Sabjiyo ka Sevan:

Asthma ke rogi ko hari sabjiyo ka sevaan karna chahiye. Taaze fal, hari sabjiya aur ankurit anaaj ka sevan behad labhkari maana jata hai.

Carbohydrates, chiknayi aur protein jaise padartho ka sevan kam se kam kare. Iske alawa asthma se peedit vyakti ko bhojan ko acchi tarah se chaba chaba kar khana chahiye aur jyada se jyada pani ka sevan karna chahiye.

Shehad (Honey) for Asthma:

Asthma me sabse jyada pareshani balgam ke kaaran paida hoti hai aur shehad iss pareshani se rahat dilane me madad karti hai.

Agar aap rojana kam se kam 3 baar ek glass gungune pani me shehad mila kar sevan karte hai to isse asthma me kafi rahat milti hai.

Iske alawa asthma ka attack padne par prabhavit vyakti ko shehad ko smell karane se bhi labh milta hai.

Methi ka Sevan:

Methi ka sevan asthma ke douran hone wali allergy ko thik karne me madad karti hai, aap chahe to iska sevan aise hi kar sakte hai ye aapke asthma ki pareshani me jarur fayda pahuchayegi.

Iske alawa aap ek upaay aur apna sakte hai. Iske liye ek glass pani me methi ke kuch dane daal kar acchi tarah ubaal le aur tab tak ubaale jab tak ye pani 1/3 na ho jaye. Ab iss pani me adrak ka ras aur shehad mila kar rojana subah aur sham sevan kare.

Ajwain ka Prayog:

Ajwain ke prayog dwara bhi asthma me araam dilane me madad milti hai. Iske liye aap kayi prayog kar sakte hai.

Iske liye pani me ajwain dalkar acchi tarah se ubaal le aur iss garam pani se nikalne wali bhaap se khud steam le, isse saans se sambandhit pareshaniyo me labh milta hai.
Iske alawa rojana bhojan karne ke baad ½ cup ajwain ke ras me ½ cup pani mila kar subah sham sevan karne se asthma ko puri tarah se thik kiya ja sakta hai.

Anjeer ka Sevan:

Anjeer ek aisa fal hai jo ki bahut hi gunkari aur labhdayak mana jata hai. Ye ek meetha fal hai aur cough ko khatam karne me bhi madadgar hota hai. Iska sevan karne ke liye raat ko sukhi anjeer ko pani me bhigo kar rakh de aur subah hone par khali pet isko kha le.

Iss prayog ko karne se saans nali me jama hua cough aur balgam saaf hota hai.

Sarso ke Tel ki Malish:

Agar kisi bhi vyati ko asthma ho to aise me vyakti ko seene par aur peeth me sarso ke tel se malish karna chahiye, aur agar ho sake to sarso ke tel me kapoor mila kar isse massage kare.

Massage ke baad agar ho sake to steam bath le. Agar ye prayog kuch dino tak niyamit rup se kiya jaye to asthma me jarur hi araam milta hai.

Sehjan ki Pattiyo ka Kaadha:

Sehjan ki pattiyo ka kaadha asthma ke rogiyo ke liye behad faydemand sabit hota hai. Sehjan ki pattiyo ko pani mai kam se kam 5 minute tak ubaal le aur chhan kar thanda hone ke liye rakh de.

Ab thanda hone par ¼ nimbu ka ras, chutki bhar namak aur kaali mirch ka powder mila kar pi le. Iss tarah sehjan ki pattiyo ka kaadha asthma ke liye faydemand hota hai.

Iss tarah upar aapne jana ki kis tarah se asthma se pidit vyakti gharelu upaayo ke dwara is pareshani ko control me rakh sakte hai. Toh agar aap bhi is se pidit hai to upar bataye gaye upayo ko apnaye.
