Haldi ek aisi buti hai jo har dard ki dawa hai. Jab bhi aapko kisi bhi tarah ka dard mehsus hota hai toh aise me haldi bahut kaam aati hai. Isme paye jane wale anti septic aur anti bacterial gun hamare liye behad faydemand hote hai.

Haldi me kuch aise gun paye jate hai jo ki dard ko kam karne me madad karti hai phir chahiye vo leg pain ko ya ho daato ka dard ya sar dard.

  • Dard ko kam karne ke liye aap garam dudh me haldi mila kar acchi tarah se ghol le aur raat ko sote samay iska sevan kare, isse na sirf aapke pairo ka dard balki sharir ka dard bhi thik ho jayega aur aapko acchi neend aa jayegi.

Cherry Juice
